Best Nissan Cars 2022 Canada

You should know by now the game of getting a vehicle under the best conditions at the best price is a series of negotiations. And when it comes to getting your new car online, knowing how to negotiate actually becomes even easier thanks to today’s technology. But keep in mind that as you narrow down your search for nissan cars 2022 canada you have to pay attention to every detail within the listing. You have to understand what exactly is being offered or not offered before you make your decision.

Nissan has been around since 1933, but what are the brand’s best active models in 2019?

Nissan says passion for the company is making cars more efficient, beautiful, inspiring, and more humane than ever before. As Skyline fanboys, we agree. Nothing better than a reliable, affordable, and well-equipped car for the price. Some users report Nissan’s CVT transmission declining with time and performance dropping with most of the Nissan cars, but the brand has still produced some impressive models over the years.

Updated September 2020: Nissan has refreshed most of its lineup with new features, updated designs, and improved powerplants for 2020. The brand continues to provide a solid option for some of the most reliable yet affordable cars with unique Nissan styling. We’ve updated this list to reflect the current rankings of Nissan’s cars for 2020 along with all the updates that have been made to the models.

If you know which models to look for, Nissans are good and reliable cars. Of course, like everything, a little on-time servicing and attention go a long way. Feedback and discussion forums are loaded with thousands of fans and critics alike and sometimes, it’s quite tough to know who’s who. That’s why, to make it easier for our devoted readers, we are sharing here our list of ten best Nissan cars, ranked worst to best!

10 Nissan Murano

via Driving

The Nissan Murano has been awarded as the best two-row SUV for the price and is one of the best family SUVs around. It is a decent SUV with user-friendly interfaces, lots of handy safety features, and a superb interior with great environs.

RELATED: 10 Best Selling SUVs Of All Time

The 2019 upgrades include an advanced navigation system, driver drowsiness monitoring systems, front and rear parking sensors, rear automatic brakes, lane departure warnings, high beam assist, pedestrian detection, and rear seat reminder. The highlight of the Murano is its interior spaciousness and comfort, and although the cargo space is not the best, it’s fair enough. Overall, a decent car.

9 Nissan Leaf

via capitalnissan

The Nissan Leaf is a green yet affordable Japanese car. The 2019 upgrade has a very powerful motor that can develop much more power via 150 bhp and can hit 0-62 in under 7.9 seconds, and there’s now also the new Nissan Leaf Plus trim, packing 214-hp and a 0-60 of just 6.5 sec. It is a decent performer, reliable, has easy home charging options and the interior is spacious enough.

It has a good driving range as well. Overall, it is a decent compact all-electric car with fair handling and a nice drive range of 151 – 226 miles on just the battery.

8 Nissan GT-R

via Whichcar

The Nissan GT-R makes every list of not only the best Japanese sports cars on the market but sports cars in general. They call it the Godzilla because of its raw monstrous power and performance. The handling is excellent and the engine is power-packed and agile, which makes this beast sprint ultra smoothly on all sorts of road surfaces.

It is devilishly quiet and the ride is smooth albeit a tad stiff, although nothing too punishing either. It offers an adjustable suspension, sturdy structure, and beastly throttle. This one boasts out of this world incredible handling thanks to its suspension and the powerful engine with all-wheel drive. While the interiors are not very luxurious, the GT-R is still spacious and comfortable.

7 Nissan Rogue

via pinterest

The Nissan Rogue is a small but decent crossover SUV. If you are a beginner and looking for a decent car, this should be a contender. The Rogue has pretty advanced driver assistance technology, including Nissan’s ProPILOT semi-automated driving features.

It has an astonishingly quiet cabin and roomy, comfortable interiors too. It has 70-cubic feet of cargo space if you fold the rear seats down and 40-cubic feet when they are left normal. The Rogue also has a unique dual-floor-storage system. With all this and more, Rogue is an exceptionally versatile and comfortable car.

6 Nissan Maxima

via caradvice

The Nissan Maxima has very luxurious upscale interiors and a powerful, 300-hp V6 engine. The infotainment system is highly advanced and the Maxima also comes with features such as Apple car play, Android Auto, an 8-inch touch screen, an 8-speaker stereo, two USB ports, and Bluetooth. Add-on features include a navigation system, wireless phone charging, a Wi-Fi hotspot, an HD radio, an 11-speaker Bose premium stereo, and four USB ports. It also has excellent safety features and is very enjoyable to drive.

However, the highlight of the new Maxima is the value you get for your money long term. It’s one of the most reliable new cars with a great J.D. Power predicted reliability rating and an even higher safety rating. The Maxima may not be the most luxurious car on the road, but it’s a safe bet!

5 Nissan Altima

via autoblog

The Nissan Altima is arguably a great medium size car. The engine is strong, packing 236 hp, the ride is smooth, and the fuel economy is especially great, but, it lags in handling, and cabin environs are not great. Still, it’s good enough to give even the best midsize sedans like the Honda Accord a run for their money, with an arguably even more comfortable interior and smoother ride, perfect for daily commuting or long trips.

The 2019 models, in comparison with the older ones, include a standard larger touch screen, a full, efficient turbocharged engine (rather than the optional V6 engine of the older models), Apple car play, and Android Auto. The 2019 model is better equipped and more reliable than before, but nothing has changed for 2020.

4 Nissan Versa Note

via autoblog

While not necessarily a fun-to-drive car, the Nissan Versa Note is a good hatchback nonetheless. It offers great outward vision, smooth ride, light steering, and compact dimensions.

Despite being just a bit over 160 inches long, it offers 18.8-cubic feet of trunk space which expands to 38.3 inches, which is decent for a subcompact hatchback. It gets fairly good gas mileage at 31/39 mpg, and a combined 34. It looks attractive and is a good purchase, although there have been multiple reports of variable transmission issues and handling problems.

The 2019 Versa Note looks set to be the last incarnation of this model.

3 Nissan Versa

via Driver’s Auto Mart

Nissan Versa has a full list of standard features. It offers excellent reliability and airy comfortable interiors. It has an average engine, but good transmission and a pretty solid fuel economy. The 2020 Nissan Versa is fully redesigned with standard forward and reverse automatic emergency braking, automatic pedestrian detection, lane departure warnings, and automatic high beam headlights.

The add-on features include rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, driver alerting monitors, adaptive cruise control, and a rear-seat reminder. Manual transmission is a bit better than the automatic transmission for the price. Finally, buyers will be enticed to buy this car over its competitors as it boasts superior interior quality and great safety scores at such a low base price of around $14,730.

2 Nissan Titan

via carsguide

Yes, a full-size pickup truck made our list of the best Nissans on the market, and it outright deserves it! For 2020, the Titan scraps the diesel engine and offers more power from its V8 – now a respectable 400 hp mated to a 9-speed transmission that now comes as standard. It also boasts a completely refreshed interior. The truck is good enough to give some of the best American pickup competition like the F-series a run for their money.

1 Nissan Kicks

via guide auto

Finally, we have what’s arguably Nissan’s top contender on the market – the Kicks. For a standard price of just over $18,000, the Kicks boasts incredible reliability and safety ratings as well as a surprisingly roomy interior and large cargo capacity. The subcompact SUV comfortably seats 5 with no issues at all and offers an interior packed with standard tech and comfort features, with features such as Apple CarPlay and a Bose audio system optional.

2022 Acura MDX

The MDX is the best-selling 3-row luxury SUV in America, and for 2022, it’s completely redesigned. Acura has modernized the interior, and although the infotainment interface isn’t a touchscreen, it’s a much better setup than before. Passenger room remains one of the Acura MDX’s best attributes, and this midsize SUV is even more engaging to drive than its predecessor. For now, all MDXs use a 3.5-liter V6 engine, but Acura is preparing the 2022 MDX Type S with a turbocharged V6.
